In a nutshell: This is a systematic review and meta-analysis to determine the diagnostic accuracy of the STRATIFY score, which is a clinical prediction rule used to assist clinicians in identifying patients at risk of falling. It concludes that the rule is limited, and should not be used in isolation to identify high risk individuals.
