The audit report makes various recommendations for local changes, but on a national scale.

In a nutshell: This randomised controlled trial estimated the cost-effectiveness of a community falls prevention service compared to NHS and personal social services over a twelve month period. The sample was people over 60 years old, living either at home or in care who had fallen and called an ambulance, but were not taken to hospital.
